Grupo Lokito are the very best kind of feel-good band. They love what they do and are happiest sharing their joy with the crowd, while skillfully fusing contemporary Congolese and Latin music with high energy dance moves in the mix… their live gigs are not to be missed.
They inhabit the sweet spot between Congolese Soukous and Cuban Son. They have the silky, slinky dance moves and flow naturally between rhythms and genres. Based in London, the band have taken the UK by storm, wowing festivals and the club circuit alike with their blistering grooves and outlandish dance moves.
