A 3-track celebration of The Band’s Garth Hudson (pictured) who sadly died in January aged 87. His playing on assorted keyboards, notably on Lowrey Organ and accordion (and occasional sax), were a large part of what helped The Band to stand out from the crowd (nb the ‘funky clavinet’ via wah-wah pedal on Up On Cripple Creek). May he RIP.
