Youthsayers is a music project based in South London providing free mentoring in music for young people through ensemble work and live performance. They are a registered charity, committed to fostering growth, confidence, and skill in young musicians and are organised and facilitated by professional musicians Robin Hopcraft and Idris Rahman from the mighty Soothsayers,
*Younger Youthsayers provides an opportunity for 9 to 13 yr olds to be part of a regular rehearsing group focussing on great accessible tunes from iconic reggae, jazz and Afrobeat traditions. The learning is focussed on group performance and developing a love for playing.
Red Earth Collective consists of the aforementioned Robin and Idris alongside ‘graduates’ of Soothsayers. A guaranteed blast is on the cards!
